Terms of service
These terms cover use of the Codewave Solutions website. A paid project is governed by the proposal or contract we both sign, and that document wins if it conflicts with this page.
Using the site
You may read the pages, share links to them, and send an enquiry. You may not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not reserve a start date. We reply with questions or a proposal. Work starts when both sides have agreed the scope and the fee in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and logo on this website belong to Codewave Solutions unless a project page says otherwise. Client marks in the portfolio belong to those clients and are shown to describe work we did. On client projects, intellectual property in the deliverables transfers as the project contract states — our standard position is that you own the project IP once the related invoices are paid.
Liability
The website is general information. We do not promise that every page is free of error or that a ranking, revenue or timeline mentioned in older portfolio lines will be repeated. Nothing here excludes liability that the law of England and Wales, or Pakistani law where it applies, does not allow us to exclude.
